The Towson American Legion has TWO halls available!
The Rental Manager is Regina Simpson and the rental office is open for business from 5:00 PM until 8:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays until further notice. Regina's telephone number is (443) 823-0125
At these times, a rental agent will be available to show the halls, book dates and answer any questions about capabilities, rules and regulations concerning use of the halls.
This is an open house format. No appointments required.
General Information: The primary purpose of our halls is to support the functions and activities of our organization. Also, we have arrangements with existing customers wherein dates are reserved for their functions. Remaining dates are made available for use by the general public for private functions, business meetings, fundraisers, community events, etc.
Weekday rentals are available subject to certain parking and availability restrictions.
We do not book halls more than 12 months in advance. We have two halls available for rental Friday thru Sunday as follows:
Both halls feature on-site open air parking facilities.
Capacity – 330 to 410 people, depending upon the type of event.
Weekday Pricing (Monday - Thursday) $800 (alcohol not included). $1,425.00 (alcohol included). Set-up/Break-down time is negotiable.
Weekend Pricing (Friday - Sunday) (Minimum for Rental: $2,000.00) $1,425.00 (4 hours +Attendant's Fee); $350 each additional hour. Set-up/Break-down time is negotiable.
Bar Pricing: Ice and cups included; $4.00 pp Soda/Beer (4 hours); $1.00 pp Soda. Wine and Liquor can be served subject to the Hall Manager's agreement. Post 22 Legion personnel must run the bar. Prices are subject to change.
Features – The Grand Hall has a private entry way with a coat room and provisions for check-in of guests. The hall features high ceilings, variable lighting and hardwood floors. Optional stage, audio, visual, kitchen, bar and gaming facilities are available subject to prevailing laws and regulations and Towson American Legion Policy.
Deposit – A nonrefundable $250 deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is due the week prior to the event.
Capacity – 130 to 160 people depending upon the type of event.
Rate - $ 565.00 (4 hours); $125.00 each additional hour. (2 hour Set-up/Break-down time) Prices are subject to change. $1.00 pp Sodas (4 hours); ice and cups included.
Features – The Blue Room has a private entry way. The hall features carpeted floor, variable lighting, stage and dance floor. Optional audio, food service area, bar and gaming facilities are available subject to prevailing laws and regulations and Towson American Legion Policy.
Deposit – a nonrefundable $200 deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is due the week prior to the event.
